Returns & refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping).

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened tape, tabs, or remover cannot be returned.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
