How it works

Sandwich a thin section. Press. Wait 24 hours.

Wear
Six to eight weeks of hold through wash, sweat, and styling.

Release
Mist both sides of the tab. Give the solvent a moment.

Lift
Guide a rattail between the sandwiches. The weft comes away clean.

Re-tab
New tabs. Same wefts. No wash in between if the release was clean.

What makes this tape extension system different?
It was designed by stylists to eliminate the biggest frustration with traditional tape extensions — sticky, gummy residue during removal. Removal is a clean, one-step process: no re-washing, no multiple sprays, and gentler on the hair than scraping or peeling.
Will this damage natural hair?
Any extension method can cause damage if it is done incorrectly. This system is designed to protect the integrity of the natural hair: a secure hold while worn, then a clean release so you are not scraping or peeling adhesive off the strand.
Does the remover work with other tape-in brands?
Yes — the remover and tabs are designed to work with every major tape-in brand. You will get the cleanest, most predictable release when you use Vanity tabs and remover together as a system. Mixing other tapes or removers may not give the same residue-free result.
How long do the extensions last?
With proper installation and aftercare, tape-ins typically last 6–8 weeks before they need to be moved up. That window is about grow-out and hair health, not about the adhesive failing.
Will the tape hold as well as traditional extensions?
Yes. The tape is designed for a secure, long-lasting hold through wash, sweat, and styling — then a clean lift when it is time.
